You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day (5 business days in Alaska and 15 business days in North Dakota for individuals age 65 and older)after the date of this transaction. See the notice of cancellation for an explanation of this right.


You may CANCEL this transaction without any penalty or obligation within THREE BUSINESS DAYS from today’s date (5 business days for Alaska for Alaska residents, fifteen days for residents of North Dakota who are age 65 or over).

If you cancel, any property traded in, any payments made by you under the contract or sale, and any negotiable instrument executed by you will be returned within TEN BUSINESS DAYS following receipt by the seller of your cancellation notice, and any security interest arising out of the transaction will be cancelled.

If you cancel, you must make available to the seller, in substantially as good condition as when received, any goods delivered to you under this contract or sale, or you may, if you wish, comply with the instructions of the seller regarding the return shipment of the goods at the sellers expense and risk.

If you do make the goods available to the seller and the seller does not pick them up within 20 days of the date of your Notice of Cancellation, you may retain or dispose of the goods without any further obligation. If you fail to make the goods available to the seller, or if you agree to return the goods to the seller and fail to do so, then you remain liable for performance of all obligations under the contract.

Alaska residents have five business days from the date of the receipt, and residents of North Dakota who are age 65 or above have 15 business days from the date of the receipt.


We have a 60 day money back policy. If you are dissatisfied with Keep Me Safe products or you have changed your mind – we will refund orders within 60 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with a Keep Me Safe product, you may return the product to the company for exchange. In order to receive a product exchange, you must return the product to Keep Me Safe within 60 days of purchase and must pay the return shipping costs. Upon the Company’s receipt of the product, it will ship the exchange product to the customer or Advocate at its expense. If the exchange product is of greater value than the returned product, you must first pay the price difference and sales tax on the difference.

This exchange policy does not apply to products damaged by abuse or misuse.
